About AIF

The AIF (Animal Innovation Forum) 2024 is a new event for the animal health industry developed by the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) in partnership with NOAH (the National Office of Animal Health) and Paul Dick & Associates Ltd. (Pda). This exciting new UK forum will connect the academic community with the animal health industry and facilitate interaction, collaboration and innovation for the benefit of animals.

We have been thrilled to see the enthusiasm from speakers, sponsors and participants and are delighted to share some exciting developments regarding the Animal Innovation Forum (AIF). The event is shaping up to deliver an exceptionally strong programme, including pitch sessions, one-on-one partnering time, plenary presentations, and tours of the RVC remote campus.

However, in response to valuable feedback, the AIF committee has made a strategic decision to reschedule the event from its original date in September 2024. The new dates will be announced shortly.

To further enhance the value for all our supporters and participants, we are also developing exciting online events aligned to the needs of the community. This will augment the future AIF programme and will cover the areas established by the AIF Conference, ensuring continuous engagement and learning opportunities.  More information to follow in the coming months.

The AIF (Animal Innovation Forum) will continue to focus on preventative solutions in animal health and seek to address some of the many challenges facing the livestock and companion animal sectors. The event will be attended by academia, start-ups, industry, policy makers and regulators and will include panel discussions, keynote presentations, pitch presentations, prearranged 1:1 partnering meetings and facility tours.

The event is overseen by an Advisory Committee and includes members from animal health companies (Zoetis, Elanco, Boehringer Ingelheim, Dechra, Ceva, AnimalCare, Merck and Norbrook), industry associations (AnimalhealthEurope, NOAH) and academic institutions (Royal Veterinary College).
